We’re pleased to share the latest progress on the development of Sage Meadows Landing, where construction is moving ahead smoothly. The exterior of the building has been significantly enhanced with the recent completion of the James Hardie siding. This durable, high-quality material not only adds to the overall aesthetic but also ensures long-term protection against the elements.
The framing of the single building is now fully complete, marking an important milestone as we shift focus to interior work. Inside, the drywall installation has been finished, and the layout of the living spaces is taking shape. With the drywall completed, our team has moved on to the next exciting phase—interior painting. Fresh coats of paint are now being applied, adding color and character to the walls and bringing the vision of these modern spaces to life.
Additionally, bathroom tubs are being installed, a key component of the project’s final stages. As these fixtures are put in place, the interiors are rapidly approaching completion, with each update bringing us closer to delivering high-quality living spaces.
